About the Role:
Joining our Demand Generation team, Circle is in search of a skilled and adaptable Senior Developer Marketing Manager to shape and execute strategies for our Web3 Services and Circle Infrastructure products. This role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly in developer marketing, product marketing, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of demand generation strategies for our Web3 Services Products to engage target audiences effectively.
- Drive awareness and adoption of our product offerings among developers through strategic campaign initiatives.
- Manage successful product launches by coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution.
- Align closely with developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams to set and achieve shared goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to inform robust marketing strategies.
- Evaluate the performance of developer demand generation initiatives against targets such as ROI and KPIs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company and the developer community.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Developer Marketing or Product Marketing.
- Expertise in product launches, marketing to developers, and experience in the crypto industry.
- Track record of executing successful product launch plans driving wide-scale adoption.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Exceptional collaboration, multitasking, and project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership over key projects and product launch adoption.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal, listening, and written communication.
- Ability to navigate complex business environments effectively.
- Familiarity with tools like 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite preferred.
- Readiness for occasional work-related travel.
- Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency a bonus.
