Your Role as a Senior Marketing Professional:
Circle is seeking a seasoned Senior Developer Marketing Manager to enhance our Demand Generation team. In this position, you will drive demand generation strategies for our Web3 Services and Circle Infrastructure products, overseeing the execution of demand generation tactics for various product initiatives. To excel in this role, the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams including developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams is critical.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies for Web3 Services Products to engage the target audience effectively.
- Promote awareness and foster adoption among developers across product offerings through targeted campaign efforts.
- Lead product launches, collaborating with internal teams for seamless and successful rollouts.
- Align and collaborate closely with developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams to set and achieve shared strategies and objectives.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for our products in line with goals and OKRs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing approaches.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of all developer demand generation initiatives against predefined goals, including ROI and KPIs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company and the developer community.
Desired Qualifications:
- Over 7 years of experience in Developer Marketing or Product Marketing roles.
- Proficiency in orchestrating product launches, marketing to developers, and expertise within the crypto industry.
- Proven track record of devising and executing successful product launch plans that drive substantial adoption.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional leaders to generate desired outcomes.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for key projects and product launch adoption.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills encompassing strong verbal, listening, and written communication abilities.
- Success in navigating complex business environments and driving efficient, effective execution.
- Preferably experienced with 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
- Willingness to travel for work.
- Fluency in oral and written English; bi-lingual skills are advantageous.

Drawing from a comprehensive range of factors, such as relevant experience, skill set, and qualifications, among others, starting pay is determined to align with various business needs and organizational requirements. Compensation packages may vary for candidates in different locations.
- Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
- Additional Benefits: Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year for U.S. employees.
