Responsibilities:

Circle is looking for a seasoned Senior Developer Marketing Manager to lead the Demand Generation team. In this role, you will drive demand creation strategies for Web3 Services and Circle Infrastructure products, overseeing the execution of marketing tactics for new product initiatives. Success in this position is contingent on robust collaboration with cross-functional teams including developer and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies for Web3 Services Products to engage the target audience effectively.
  • Raise awareness and drive adoption of product offerings among developers through strategic campaigns.
  • Lead product launches by coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful rollouts.
  • Collaborate closely with developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams to align strategies and objectives.
  • Sculpt and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns centered on specific goals and OKRs.
  • Regularly monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of developer demand generation efforts against set goals such as ROI and KPIs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and developer community representatives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Developer Marketing or Product Marketing, preferably in the tech or crypto industries.
  • Strong track record in successful product launch strategies and marketing to developers.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with cross-functional leaders to drive impactful results.
  • Agile in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability in project management and product adoption.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to navigate complex business landscapes efficiently.
  • Familiarity with ESPs like 6Sense, Seismic, and CRM platforms preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages a bonus.

Conduct product demos at events, and share feedback and insights back with the Brave marketing team

Share specific sign-up links to drive Brave downloads and usage at your school
Participate in pre-event communication and post-event feedback reports
Stay in communication through one-on-one meetings or Slack conversations weekly with team leads
Requirements
Current undergraduate/graduate student at University of Pennsylvania
Must be enrolled in at least 50% of in-person classes

Able to commit at least 2-8 hours per week to host events with students on your campus (and ideally much more)
