Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the community team at Polygon Labs to support the organic growth of the network.
- Engage with protocol and dApp builders within the Polygon ecosystem to raise awareness and provide ecosystem support.
- Evaluate and report on the sentiment of local communities to inform future initiatives.
- Represent Polygon Labs through continuous learning, sharing knowledge publicly, online, and in person.
- Work with the content and tech team to translate resources into Spanish.
Qualifications
- Understanding of pain points, adoption opportunities, and culture in Latin America.
- Foundational knowledge of DeFi and a desire to continue learning.
- Excellent familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem as a contributor to projects or communities.
- Aptitude for community building or a willingness to learn about it.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote-first environment.
