As a Senior Compliance Officer focusing on France, you will collaborate closely with our Group Director of Risk and Compliance to oversee and enhance organizational compliance with relevant laws, guidelines, and best practices, primarily within the French and EU regulatory spheres. Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with French legal regulations and supervisory guidelines, safeguarding national-level compliance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance framework aligned with regulatory mandates and industry best practices.
- Draft and oversee the implementation of internal policies applicable to crypto and financial services, covering laws related to PSAN licenses, MiCA, DORA, AML/CTF, and sanctions regulations, among others.

Qualifications:
- Meet MiCA and French national fit and proper qualifications for executive management roles.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable EEA, UK, or Swiss university, with a preference for a Master’s degree.
- Hold a minimum of 5 years' experience in compliance or regulatory functions within EEA, UK, or Swiss financial institutions, crypto service providers, or FinTech companies, with some experience at a managerial or executive level.
