Senior/ CRM Manager, Retention & Gamification
Job Summary:
Our company is in search of a skilled and motivated individual to join our Global CRM team. This position plays a crucial role in developing innovative CRM strategies based on data analysis to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and monetization within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem.

The individual will collaborate closely with various teams like marketing, product, and creative to develop and implement seamless customer journeys. Expertise in CRM platforms, campaign optimization, data analytics, AI/ML-driven personalization, gamified customer engagement, and blockchain-powered retention strategies is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven customer lifecycle strategies, focusing on gamification to drive customer activation, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and churn management.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to create effective CRM campaigns that align with user preferences and support business growth.
- Enhance and optimize customer journeys to improve conversion rates, user experiences, and engagement across all touchpoints.
- Set and exceed performance targets, leveraging data insights and innovative CRM methods to drive user metrics like DAU/MAU, ARPU, retention, and conversion rates.
- Lead A/B testing activities to measure campaign effectiveness, evaluate results, and refine strategies for improved performance and ROI.
- Take charge of campaign execution from ideation to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes in line with organizational objectives.
- Utilize AI/ML technologies for targeted messaging, segmentation, and predictive modeling to provide personalized customer engagement in real-time.
- Foster customer engagement and loyalty through gamification strategies that encourage continued participation and long-term retention.
- Generate actionable insights and easy-to-understand dashboards using data visualization tools to track and report on CRM campaign performance.
- Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and engagement processes to boost operational efficiency, speed up execution, and enhance outcomes.
- Collaborate with data engineering and MarTech teams to maintain accurate CRM data pipelines, customer data lakes, and CDP workflows for optimal performance.
- Stay informed about market trends in the crypto space, advancements in Web3, and evolving customer behaviors to refine CRM strategies and remain competitive.
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset by addressing challenges promptly and implementing solutions to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in online retention marketing with a focus on gamification and loyalty programs.
- Strong data-driven mindset with exposure to CDP platforms, API integration, dynamic personalization, localization with AI/ML, and real-time engagement.
- Proven track record in commercial, gamification, and retention strategy delivery along with technical knowledge and leadership experience will be preferred for the Senior Manager role.
