Senior CRM MarTech Associate/ CRM MarTech Manager
We are in search of a proficient and creative individual to fill the role of a Senior CRM MarTech Associate/ CRM MarTech Manager within our Global CRM team. This position will involve actively contributing to the execution of our segmentation and personalization strategies, reporting directly to the MarTech Director.
Responsibilities:
Lead the MarTech function concerning predictions and own the roadmap for various tools like CDP, engagement platform, analytics, experimentation, and data pipelines.
Configure and oversee CDP connections to ensure high data quality and reliability, including data warehouse, analytics, ad platforms, and engagement tools.
Analyze customer behavior and transaction data, identifying key segments, triggers, and personalized upsell opportunities.
Develop retention dashboards and opportunities through LLMs and MCP extensions to enhance the team's analytics capabilities.
Establish and maintain audience definitions and segments in the CDP for acquisition, retention, and experimentation purposes.
Define tracking plans and event taxonomies to capture significant customer behaviors across products and platforms.
Collaborate with the Data team to establish metrics and dashboards for measuring the impact of CRM initiatives.
Create API requirements and payload specifications for MarTech integrations.
Utilize templating/scripts to enable dynamic content and intricate personalization logic in CRM campaigns.
Maintain updated documentation (e.g., PRDs, specs, tracking plans, data flows) for all CRM initiatives.
Work closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to define lifecycle strategies improving customer experience, activation, and retention in prediction markets.
Translate commercial objectives into explicit lifecycle goals, test plans, and KPIs.
Requirements:
Possess 4-7 years of hands-on experience managing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and CRM tools in a high-growth environment.
Proficient in a modern AI stack and coordinating a functional team of AI agents and sub-agents to complement workflows.
Demonstrated track record of driving measurable enhancements in retention, engagement, and LTV using advanced technologies.
Experience collaborating with growth and product teams on experimentation, funnel optimization, and lifecycle programs in a season-dependent sporting environment.
Strong SQL skills, including the ability to query large and complex datasets, construct audience definitions, and conduct self-service analysis.
Thorough understanding of sporting events, sportsbook, and options-trading.
