Senior /CRM Specialist
Crypto.com is searching for a skilled professional to fill the position of (Senior) CRM Specialist with a focus on app trading. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing cross-channel communication strategies for our growing e-commerce platform. This entails driving metrics related to platform transactions, engagement, and usage through various channels such as push notifications, email, and in-browser messages.
The new (Senior) CRM Specialist will become part of a dynamic team at Crypto.com dedicated to boosting transaction engagement and will collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and creative teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid comprehension of our product, adeptly identify and address consumer touchpoints and pain points based on thorough research, and tailor messages and campaigns to resonate with both cryptocurrency enthusiasts and novices.
Responsibilities:
- Devise, design, and initiate CRM campaigns and workflows in cooperation with Product, User Acquisition, Marketing MarTech team, and relevant stakeholders.
- Employ data/AI segmentation models to categorize users according to their behavior, preferences, and engagement levels.
- Create and execute strategies to engage fiat, derivatives trading, and sports prediction users at various life stages.
- Personalize user interactions and communications to boost platform transactions and engagement.
- Design innovative automation solutions to streamline routine tasks within the CRM platform, enhancing efficiency and elevating the user experience through sending timely, targeted messages.
- Generate reports from the CRM platform for in-depth business performance analysis using data visualization tools, enabling the development of strategic optimization plans.
- Implement A/B tests and conduct result analysis to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.
- Support the analysis and improvement of CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and teams to analyze industry trends and tailor CRM campaigns to meet business goals.
- Evaluate and plan data points for integration with the CRM platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in CRM software like Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo.
- Familiarity with the crypto industry/financial markets is a bonus.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and unpredictable market conditions.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Skills in integrating CRM platforms with internal data visualization and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, encompassing analytics, tag implementation, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to construct email templates using HTML.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python and other programming languages.
- Background in copywriting and/or design.
- Sound understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain industries, including non-fungible tokens.
