Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Core Product team at OKX. In this role, you will take the lead in utilizing data to optimize the features of our fiat products. Collaborating closely with the core product team, you will identify needs, propose solutions, and communicate insights effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and A/B testing, possess strong communication skills, and excel in problem-solving through data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in leveraging data to enhance OKX's fiat product features
• Collaborate with the core product team to address needs, propose solutions, and deliver insights
• Utilize data analytical tools and methodologies for problem-solving
• Conduct A/B testing and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics and data science
• Proactive mindset with strong coordination skills across departments
• Proficiency in product analytics solutions and event-based analytics
• Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling
• Familiarity with Python and relevant analytics/ML libraries
• Ability to apply statistical analysis and data mining methods
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain advancements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing or analyzing AML and TMS models (a plus)
• Background in anti-fraud and risk management (a plus)
