Responsibilities
- Develop key performance metrics and create dashboards to track and measure business performance.
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to guide product decisions.

Requirements

- Ability to develop and analyze algorithms to extract insights from large datasets.
- Strong statistical acumen with the ability to interpret experiment results and setup statistical tests.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present insights to a diverse audience.

Uniswap Labs offers a competitive salary in the range of $153,000 to $187,000 per year. We also provide additional compensation elements such as equity, tokens, and benefits based on the position type.
