Uniswap Labs, a leading contributor to the Uniswap Protocol and pioneer in cryptocurrency, is seeking a talented Product Data Scientist to join our highly collaborative and dynamic team. As a Product Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, supporting product development, and optimizing business performance. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from user behavior and drive impactful strategies to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop key performance metrics and create dashboards to track and measure business performance.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to guide product decisions.
• Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and build models to identify new strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to inform and execute strategy and growth decisions.
• Drive new data initiatives, automate business intelligence reporting, and establish best practices.
• Support marketing teams in measuring the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (CS, Stats, Economics, etc.) with 5+ years of experience in a data science role, or Ph.D. in a quantitative field with 3+ years of data science work experience at a tech company.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Ability to develop and analyze algorithms to extract insights from large datasets.
• Strong statistical acumen with the ability to interpret experiment results and setup statistical tests.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present insights to a diverse audience.
• Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Inquisitive mindset and ability to solve challenges independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with consumer-facing software.
• Familiarity with blockchain data and analytics tools.
• Exposure to DeFi/web3.
• A love for the color pink.

Uniswap Labs offers a competitive salary in the range of $153,000 to $187,000 per year. We also provide additional compensation elements such as equity, tokens, and benefits based on the position type.
