Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scalable and adaptable data warehouse system in alignment with corporate standards and business needs to facilitate swift support for analytical requirements and minimize redundant development efforts.
• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous real-time monitoring of data jobs, with a focus on troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing calculation processes, and enhancing overall system performance.
• Contribute to data governance projects, including the creation of metadata management frameworks and data quality monitoring systems to improve data integrity.
• Support the technical team's growth by promoting knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and skill development, thereby enhancing the team's expertise.

Job Requirements

• Possess more than 5 years of practical hands-on experience in data engineering, data lake development, or data warehouse operations.
• Demonstrate expertise in data warehouse modeling and governance methodologies like dimensional modeling, data vault approaches, and "one data" principles.
• Proficient in at least one of Java, Scala, or Python, along with strong programming skills in Hive & Spark SQL.
• Hands-on experience with OLAP engines (such as Apache Kylin, Impala, Presto, Druid) and real-time serving platforms.
• Proven track record in managing both high-throughput batch pipelines and low-latency streaming pipelines (e.g., Flink, Kafka) with production SLAs for stability, availability, and sub-second data freshness.
• Familiarity with essential Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink, Delta Lake) and other tools like Presto, HBase, Kafka, Airflow, Elasticsearch, Redis.
• Experience in Web3 data realms (including on-chain/off-chain data, token/transaction/holder analytics) and the ability to craft data services supporting online applications.
• Preferred experience with AWS Big Data services.
• Strong analytical and system design skills with the capability to translate business needs into scalable and high-quality data solutions.
• Collaborative mindset and proven ability to build partnerships across teams and stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in managing petabyte-scale data in Internet environments and addressing critical real-time production incidents.
• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.
