Senior Designer (2D/3D Motion)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our Growth Creative Team and spearhead the development of visually captivating motion graphics to enhance our brand presence across various digital platforms. Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and production of top-notch 2D/3D motion graphics for diverse digital channels such as social media, websites, and video content.
• Collaborate with different teams within the Growth department to create aesthetically appealing and impactful motion design solutions.
• Mentor and support junior designers by offering guidance, feedback, and fostering their skill development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, motion design tools, and emerging technologies to introduce innovative ideas and techniques to projects.
• Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and surpassing expectations.
• Interact closely with stakeholders to comprehend project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment by adhering to deadlines and upholding a high level of precision.
• Develop compelling visuals and content utilizing AI tools.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Advertising, or related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in digital, design, or agency settings.
• Demonstrable experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually impactful motion graphics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics software like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D, as well as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Knowledge or experience with AI tools.
• Strong grasp of design and motion fundamentals, outstanding composition skills, and a talent for storytelling through motion.
• Exceptional creativity and problem-solving abilities to introduce innovative concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate design concepts with team members and stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with a history of mentoring junior designers.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Updated on latest design trends with a passion for digital innovation.
• Knowledge in fintech, crypto, and NFT sectors is advantageous.
