In this role, the Senior Designer will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and the broader marketing team, fostering cross-functional partnerships, especially with the product team. Responsibilities encompass overseeing all design projects, including the evolution of the brand identity, enhancement of the design system, development of unique graphical styles, and driving the company's design vision forward. Tasks range from strategic initiatives to day-to-day design requirements, spanning UI/UX, social media assets, website design, and motion graphics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the evolution and expansion of Wintermute's brand identity
• Enhance the design system to establish unique graphical styles
• Conceptualize and implement UI/UX designs for digital products to enhance user experiences
• Develop impactful visual elements for social media, marketing activities, and communications
• Supervise website design to maintain brand consistency and functionality
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos to enhance brand storytelling
• Collaborate across departments, particularly with marketing and product teams, to align design efforts with business objectives
• Balance strategic design initiatives with daily design tasks effectively
• Clearly communicate design decisions and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively

Hard Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and video production
• Expertise with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and others
• Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing comprehensive design systems
• Stellar portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and visual storytelling
