The Quant Trading team focuses on trading and managing risks associated with various crypto products, encompassing spots and derivatives. This team is responsible for developing and implementing trading strategies in fast-paced and intricate trading environments.
We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in ClickHouse and AWS infrastructure to join our innovative Trading Analytics team. This position is essential in supporting engineering needs across different trading, middle office, and trade capture systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AWS cloud infrastructure and CICD processes. You will tackle technically demanding problems, supervise design and coding for features, and engage in all aspects of product development. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in trading, crypto, or middle office environments.
Responsibilities:
- Creating tools for application and performance monitoring.
- Contributing to system architecture design.
- Developing and deploying AWS cloud infrastructure in an IaC manner.
- Enhancing and supervising Terraform, K8S, and CI/CD pipeline.
- Designing and implementing Disaster Recovery & backup solutions.
- Automating and streamlining operations and processes.
- Communicating effectively, escalating when necessary, and ensuring prompt problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in establishing CICD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
- Knowledge of logging systems like Fluentbit, ElasticSearch/ OpenSearch, etc.
- Background in maintaining high-availability and low-latency crypto exchanges is advantageous.
- Understanding of Linux and Network Concepts.
- Experience with GitOps using ArgoCD is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps and AWS.
- Ability to write maintainable code.
