About the Opportunity
As a key player in one of the top two global CeFi exchanges, OKX, you will lead the strategic planning and growth of institutional trading products. This role involves collaborating with top institutions like HFTs, asset managers, hedge funds, and market makers to drive growth in the Crypto institutional trading ecosystem. The position can be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Develop institutional products at OKX, including systems for accounts, custody, order execution, risk control, and APIs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with institutional clients and gather feedback to create tailored product solutions that enhance trading volume and AUM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, explore new products, and attract new institutional clients.
- Analyze market structures, improve platform liquidity, volume, and revenue through fee strategies.
- Lead the institutional trading product team to drive innovation and meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Solid background in investment banking, trading system development, and derivatives trading.
