Job Opportunity
You will oversee the retail trading product planning and business growth for the prestigious CeFi exchange, OKX. This role involves managing trading products such as spot and derivatives manual trading, social trading, and bots. You will drive growth in key markets globally, handling significant daily transaction volumes. This position can be based in either Singapore or Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies for retail manual trading products, encompassing spot, margin, perpetuals, and options, throughout trading scenarios.
Plan non-manual trading products like social trading and trading bots.
Drive growth of different retail categories within OKX, focusing on enhancing overall customer lifetime value.
Collaborate with local market teams, establish channel partnerships, and drive growth in key markets like Turkey, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Brazil.
Conduct thorough market research on various retail trader types, focus on innovative product development, and lead the team to pioneer industry-leading innovations.
Lead the retail trading product team, elevate their innovation and collaboration skills, and align resources to meet business goals.
Candidate Requirements
Extensive knowledge of Crypto, stock, or forex trading sectors, understanding diverse user profiles and their requirements.
A track record in B2C product development with a strong emphasis on user experience and systematic methodologies.
Proven experience in scaling businesses, with a capacity to apply successful strategies across industries.
Proficiency in team leadership, with experience managing teams of over 20 individuals.
International work experience in fluent English, embodying qualities like internal drive, clear logic, curiosity, empathy, and insight.
Strong interest in the Crypto and Blockchain industries.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience in Crypto, stock, forex trading, investment, or quantitative trading.
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software, or relevant financial areas.
Experience in driving business growth across global markets.
