Responsibilities:
Joining the Circle Business team, you will spearhead the creation of training materials to equip teams in engaging with prospects and customers worldwide. Your role will involve contributing to Enablement initiatives to streamline tools, knowledge dissemination, and communication plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee product training for the Business team, managing timelines, content creation, and delivery processes.
- Curate resources tailored to specific roles and regions, encompassing job aids, wiki hubs, and training materials.
- Contribute to knowledge management and tool strategies, ensuring their effective implementation.
- Design online training modules to enhance team confidence and expertise in customer service.
- Maintain job aids, quick-reference guides, and training resources.
- Analyze and enhance existing content in alignment with business growth and changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding, skill development, and product support training.
- Design learning activities, assignments, and assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Identify knowledge gaps through research and internal consultations.
- Stay updated on instructional design best practices.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating across functions to define enablement needs and arrange resources for Business or Sales team effectiveness.
- 4+ years of experience in Learning Design, Enablement, or Content Strategy.
- Proficiency in utilizing multiple systems like LMS, Slack, GSuite, and Salesforce for knowledge sharing, communications, and training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated learner adapting to new technologies and proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS.
- Experience working with teams across geographical regions is advantageous.

- Base Pay Range: $_102,500 - $137,500
- Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%
