You will play a crucial role on a forward-thinking team dedicated to AI-based developer productivity and automation. The team is at the forefront of reshaping the software development lifecycle (SDLC) through the creation of agent-based systems and smart tools aiming to expedite development processes, enhance code quality, and automate engineering tasks.

As a crucial team member, you will collaborate closely with senior technical leaders to develop and deploy AI-driven engineering tools that seamlessly integrate into current development environments and workflows.

Challenge:

We seek a seasoned engineer specializing in AI-fueled development and agentic architectures to lead the creation of tools enhancing the software development lifecycle through automation. Your main responsibilities will involve designing and deploying AI-powered agents and workflows using modern frameworks and specialized tooling, focusing on promptly delivering intelligent systems to boost developer efficiency and refine engineering operations.

The ideal candidate possesses a robust foundation in software engineering and hands-on experience crafting AI-powered tools, agents, or automation systems. Comfort in fast-paced environments where both experimentation and innovation are encouraged is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-powered developer tools with Claude-based technologies.
• Develop intelligent agents and automated workflows to optimize SDLC efficiency.
• Create and manage multi-agent systems employing modern agentic frameworks.
• Prototype and iterate proof-of-concept solutions for AI-run automation promptly.
• Merge AI-powered tools with current engineering platforms and services.
• Collaborate closely with senior technical leaders on innovation endeavors.
• Transform strategic concepts into functioning prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and in line with engineering best practices.
• Engage in architecture dialogues and contribute to the evolution of AI-driven engineering workflows.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in Claude tooling including Claude Code, Claude Skills, and Claude CLI.
• Proficiency in architecting agent-based systems and intelligent workflows.
• Experience utilizing agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Strong backend engineering skills utilizing .NET and SQL-backed systems.
• Capable of integrating AI-powered systems with existing application stacks.
• Sound understanding of software development lifecycle processes and developer tooling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and architectural acumen.
• Ability to swiftly translate concepts into operational proof-of-concept solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience in developing AI-based developer productivity tools.
