As a Senior Engineer specialized in AI-driven development and agentic architectures, you will be instrumental in constructing tools that elevate and automate the software development cycle. Your responsibilities will involve designing and implementing AI-powered agents and workflows using modern frameworks and Claude-based technology. Successful candidates will possess a blend of strong software engineering skills along with practical experience in building AI-powered tools, agents, or automation systems, suitable for dynamic environments that foster experimentation and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-powered developer tools using Claude-based technologies.
- Construct intelligent agents and automated workflows to enhance SDLC efficiency.
- Develop and manage multi-agent systems using contemporary agentic frameworks.
- Prototype and experiment with proof-of-concept solutions for AI-driven automation.
- Integrate AI-powered tools with existing engineering platforms and services.
- Work closely with senior technical leadership on innovation initiatives.
- Transform strategic ideas into functional prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with engineering best practices in developed solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience with Claude tooling (Claude Code, Claude Skills, Claude CLI).
- Proficiency in designing agent-based architectures and intelligent workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Strong background in backend engineering using .NET and SQL-based systems.
- Ability to integrate AI-powered systems with existing application stacks effectively.
- Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle processes and developer tooling.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities, coupled with architectural thinking.
- Capability to swiftly transition from concept to operational proof-of-concept solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
