• Optimize system performance to ensure low latency, high availability, and scalability
• Mentor engineers within the team to deliver high-quality work

Qualifications:

• Strong background in STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics)
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in high-performance Java and asynchronous programming patterns
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservice architecture
• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration
• Team player with the ability to independently solve problems
• Responsible and self-driven mindset
• Fluent in English
