Responsibilities
- Own the complete process of FIAT product development, from strategizing, planning, and executing to optimizing and iterating.
- Take a comprehensive approach to the fiat business by integrating key components like on-ramps, off-ramps, payment channels, compliance, and user experience.
- Design seamless user experiences to drive user engagement and trading activity through data-driven insights.
- Create and implement growth strategies to enhance fiat liquidity, conversion rates, and transaction frequency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align priorities and deliver viable solutions to the market.
- Conduct user research and feedback analysis to enhance user experience, identify pain points, and foster product innovation.
- Utilize AI and analytics tools to enhance decision-making processes, automate tasks, and improve product efficiency.
- Display independence and problem-solving skills to identify gaps, propose solutions, and achieve outcomes independently.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably within payments, fintech, or Web3 sectors for a minimum of 8 years.
- Proficient in understanding fiat payment flows, UX design, and optimizing transaction funnels.
- Ability to leverage data and insights to drive product strategy and achieve tangible growth results.
- Hands-on experience in devising user journeys that stimulate user engagement and transaction volumes.
- Knowledge of APIs, payment systems, and backend logic is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
- Knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, compliance requirements, and emerging fintech trends is highly desirable.
- Experience in Web3 and AI technologies is a bonus.
