Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in overseeing system support functions, including maintenance, setup, and user training procedures.
• Develop and enhance operational workflows within system management frameworks.
• Monitor and ensure the availability and functionality of systems, promptly identifying and addressing any issues.
• Drive informed decision-making and timely responses to detected problems within the systems.
• Compile and analyze data from the Finance department to create informed system development or optimization requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to refine requirements and finalize development plans.
• Continuously evaluate the performance of system features from a finance perspective, seeking opportunities for optimization.
• Foster efficient communication with various departments to synchronize information and collaboratively solve problems.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree, with specialization in Finance, Fin-Tech, or Information Technology.
• Demonstrated previous experience with Finance Software, ERP Software, Internal Finance Systems, Finance IT, or Finance Information Sharing Platforms.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain motivation and dedication in project execution and issue resolution.
• Excellent cross-team coordination and collaboration skills.
• Strong execution abilities to deliver timely results in system development and troubleshooting efforts.
