Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in financial crime and sanctions compliance, including risk understanding, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Offer guidance to stakeholders on managing sanctions and AB&C related risks effectively
- Evaluate compliance risks associated with Binance's activities and provide targeted advice
- Assess FCC risk impact on internal projects, policies, procedures, and systems
- Mentor the operations team in risk assessments and skill development
- Demonstrate effective project management skills under pressure
- Manage audit inquiries and drive action plans to completion
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in Financial Crime/Sanctions/ABC compliance advisory, or minimum of 3 years in Compliance Operations Management
- Knowledge of banking/fintech operations, processes, and systems
- Ability to provide precise business requirements for process and system enhancements
- University degree in related field
- ACAMS, ACFCS, or ACSS certification preferred
- Strong analytical, writing, and stakeholder management skills
