Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native)
** About Toku**
Every company in the world runs payroll, but traditional payroll infrastructure has remained stagnant since the 1970s. Toku is leading the way in revolutionizing payroll by implementing cutting-edge technology that enables instant, global, and seamless payroll processes without unnecessary complexities.
Toku allows businesses to pay their teams in stablecoins, fiat, or tokens without the need to switch systems, retrain staff, or compromise on compliance. By integrating with platforms like ADP, Gusto, or Workday using one API, Toku streamlines the backend operations, ensuring that money moves efficiently in seconds rather than days.
As we pave the way for the future of payroll, we are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong affinity for AI technology. In this role, you will be part of a team that emphasizes an agent-first engineering workflow, where AI serves as the primary interface for various tasks such as design, implementation, testing, refactoring, and delivery.
At Toku, we develop mission-critical software for payroll, token administration, and financial operations, under a culture of rapid deployment, high ownership of tasks, and a commitment to superior engineering standards.
