Joining a US-based company focused on developing digital interviewing and talent assessment solutions, you will play a crucial role on one of the Engineering (Integrations) teams.

Primary Objective

Seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer proficient in .NET (C#) and React technologies to contribute to our cutting-edge human interaction software, particularly focusing on Enterprise-level SaaS Video Interview and chatbot platforms. This role entails working independently and closely collaborating with Software Engineers, an Engineering Team Lead, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers to seamlessly integrate our platform within the wider HR tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities include innovating on Internal Tools to enhance user experiences and creating robust integrations with external Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to automate manual tasks and spur high-impact innovation.

Roles Include:

• Integrations & Ecosystem Connectivity: Develop seamless connections between our platform and external ATS systems, maintaining high data integrity and system reliability.

• Internal Tooling Innovation: Design, build, and optimize internal tools to streamline workflows and deliver enhanced user experiences.

• Automation & Efficiency: Identify and implement automated solutions to reduce manual tasks, ensuring a superior user experience.

• Engineering Excellence: Contribute to scalable solutions, conduct code reviews, and document work for the broader engineering team.

• Coaching & Leadership: Mentor new team members, stay updated on industry best practices, and continually enhance your skills.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with .NET (C#) in production settings.

• Proficiency in building modern front-end applications with React.

• Familiarity with MS SQL or similar databases.

• Strong accountability, problem-solving skills, and adaptive mindset.

• Experience with existing production systems and adaptable to evolving requirements.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in virtual teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architectures.

• Knowledge of AWS cloud environments.

• Exposure to test automation practices.

• Familiarity with AWS AI-related services like SageMaker and Lex.
