Senior FullStack Developer - MainApp Web

We are looking for a skilled individual to collaborate with our team in designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various projects that align with our core businesses. These projects are fast-paced and executed with a lean team. Your primary focus will involve contributing to the design of scalable applications at both the frontend and backend levels.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate concepts into visually appealing, accessible, and adaptable interfaces that meet business objectives effectively.
• Implement interactive landing pages and websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript based on provided mockups, ensuring compatibility across different screen sizes and input methods.
• Develop clean, reusable, and expandable code utilizing modern frontend frameworks and best practices.
• Optimize website infrastructure, assets, and code to enhance page load speeds, decrease footprint, and elevate user experience.
• Collaborate with various teams to create intuitive digital experiences that improve customer journeys.
• Contribute to the development of reusable code libraries and establish component standards.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies through continuous learning and research.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify technical issues efficiently, conducting cross-browser compatibility tests as needed.
• Incorporate tracking, analytics, and instrumentation to monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in building user-friendly web applications and digital experiences using modern frontend frameworks with 5-10 years of experience.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.JS, Next.JS, and Node.JS.
• Experience in crafting pixel-perfect user interfaces that are high-performing and accessible across various devices.
• Knowledge of server-side preprocessors like Sass/LESS and CSS methodologies.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization practices such as minification, lazy loading, and SEO best practices.
• Advanced skills in frontend architecture, build tools, and fixing cross-browser compatibility issues.
• A self-motivated individual who keeps up with evolving technologies and trends.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to translate designs into production-ready solutions that meet business objectives effectively.
