Senior FullStack Developer - MainApp Web

We are looking for a skilled individual to work within a team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various venture projects that are closely related to our core businesses. These projects are rapidly developed with lean teams. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in designing various components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate concepts into pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive interfaces. Lead the technical implementation of high-performance websites that meet business objectives.
• Translate mockups into functional and responsive landing pages and websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure that all designs are technically and functionally feasible across different screen sizes and input methods.
• Develop clean, reusable, and scalable code leveraging modern frontend frameworks, languages, and best practices.
• Optimize website architecture, assets, and code to achieve fast loading speeds, minimal footprint, and enhanced user experience.
• Work collaboratively across functions to create intuitive and high-performing digital experiences that improve customer journeys.
• Contribute to the development of reusable code libraries and standardize components.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies through continuous learning and research.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve bugs while conducting cross-browser compatibility testing.
• Implement tracking, analytics, and instrumentation to measure key performance indicators and identify optimization opportunities.
• Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in building responsive, user-friendly web applications and digital experiences using modern frontend frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.JS, Next.JS, and Node.JS.
• Experience designing and developing high-performance, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces across different devices.
• Familiarity with server-side preprocessors like Sass/LESS and CSS methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of web performance best practices such as minification, bundling, and lazy-loading for optimized load times, SEO, and accessibility.
• Advanced skills in frontend architecture, build tools, and troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and translate designs into production-ready code that aligns with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
