Senior FullStack Developer - MainApp Web

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team focusing on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various project endeavors. These projects are closely aligned with our core businesses and are rapidly initiated with a compact team structure. As a key team member, you will actively contribute to designing different elements for scalable applications, encompassing both frontend UI and backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate concepts into meticulously crafted, accessible, and adaptable interfaces. Lead the technical implementation of interactive, high-performance websites that align with business objectives.
• Translate design mockups into fully functional and responsive websites and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure the technical and functional viability of all designs across diverse screen sizes and input methods.
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable code using contemporary frontend frameworks, languages, and best practices.
• Enhance website architecture, assets, and code for swift page loading times, minimized footprint, and improved user experience.
• Work collaboratively across functions to create intuitive, efficient digital experiences that elevate customer journeys.
• Contribute to the development of standardized code libraries and component guidelines.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies through constant learning and research.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve bugs, as well as conduct cross-browser compatibility testing.
• Implement tracking, analytics, and performance measurement tools to assess key performance indicators and identify optimization opportunities.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Have 5-10 years of experience building responsive, user-centric web applications and digital experiences utilizing modern frontend frameworks.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.JS, Next.JS, and Node.JS. Demonstrated track record in creating performant, accessible, and impeccably crafted user interfaces across different devices.
• Familiarity with server-side preprocessors like Sass/LESS and CSS methodologies.
• Strong grasp of web performance optimization techniques like minification, bundling, and lazy-loading to ensure rapid load times. Knowledgeable in Search Engine Optimization and accessibility standards.
• Advanced expertise in frontend architecture, build tools, and resolving cross-browser compatibility issues. Proficiency in Nginx, webpack, modules, and frontend deployment processes.
• Self-motivated individual who stays updated on evolving technologies and trends through continuous education.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, translating designs into production-ready code that meets business objectives. Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
