Senior FullStack Developer - MainApp Web

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various projects that align with our core businesses. These projects, typically launched swiftly with a lean team, require your active participation in both frontend UI and backend infrastructure design for scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate concepts into visually appealing and responsive interfaces that align with business objectives. Lead the technical implementation of high-performance websites.
• Convert design mockups into functional and responsive websites and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring compatibility across varying screen sizes and input methods.
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code by leveraging modern frontend frameworks, languages, and coding best practices.
• Optimize website performance, architecture, and code for fast load times, minimal footprint, and improved user experience.
• Work cross-functionally to create intuitive and high-performing digital experiences that enhance user journeys.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of reusable code libraries and component standards.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies through continuous learning and research.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve bugs, perform cross-browser compatibility testing, and implement analytics to measure key performance indicators.
• Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience developing user-friendly web applications using modern frontend frameworks like React.JS, Next.JS, Node.JS, and expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability in designing and building engaging user interfaces across different devices.
• Familiarity with server-side preprocessors, CSS methodologies, web performance optimization techniques, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in frontend architecture, build tools, troubleshooting cross-browser issues, and deployment processes.
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with strong collaboration and communication skills.
