As a valuable team member, you will play a crucial role in designing different components needed for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced backend developer or proactive team lead to join our backend development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in building high-performance trading systems or tools for equities and derivatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively lead the development of trading business systems and oversee technical teams
- Drive the end-to-end creation of trading tools and products, from conceptualization to production
- Participate in requirement reviews, analyze architecture, and evaluate technical solutions
- Contribute to system enhancements, key projects, and resolve technical challenges
- Provide optimization suggestions to improve system efficiency and reliability in business processes
- Collaborate closely with trading product teams to develop essential business modules and workflows
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of backend development experience, ideally within financial/trading systems
- Fluent in spoken English
- Strong expertise in high-performance, distributed systems, modern backend technologies, and microservices architecture
- Previous experience with trading system architecture, various trading instruments, and tools
- Proficient in Go programming language, solid knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis, along with familiarity with Event Sourcing
- Thorough understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience in implementing RESTful APIs in both frontend and backend development

What You’ll Do
Design and maintain comprehensive risk frameworks tailored to Web3 systems (protocol, liquidity, counterparty, smart contract).
Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication
You’re a Great Fit If You
Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
