As a valuable team member, you will play a crucial role in designing different components needed for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced backend developer or proactive team lead to join our backend development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in building high-performance trading systems or tools for equities and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively lead the development of trading business systems and oversee technical teams
• Drive the end-to-end creation of trading tools and products, from conceptualization to production
• Participate in requirement reviews, analyze architecture, and evaluate technical solutions
• Contribute to system enhancements, key projects, and resolve technical challenges
• Provide optimization suggestions to improve system efficiency and reliability in business processes
• Collaborate closely with trading product teams to develop essential business modules and workflows

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of backend development experience, ideally within financial/trading systems
• Fluent in spoken English
• Strong expertise in high-performance, distributed systems, modern backend technologies, and microservices architecture
• Previous experience with trading system architecture, various trading instruments, and tools
• Proficient in Go programming language, solid knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis, along with familiarity with Event Sourcing
• Thorough understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience in implementing RESTful APIs in both frontend and backend development
