Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Performance Marketing Director to take charge of the digital user acquisition efforts across various paid channels. This role is pivotal in fueling growth in a dynamic environment that intersects crypto, fintech, and emerging technology. Your main focus will be devising and implementing strategies for key performance channels, emphasizing user growth, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost-effective acquisitions. We need a leader who understands Web3 culture, consumer behavior in financial markets, and growth marketing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Craft Performance Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and spearhead end-to-end strategies for performance marketing initiatives in the US.
- Oversee campaigns on diverse advertising platforms like Google, Meta, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
Drive Scalable Growth:
- Create and manage full-funnel campaigns emphasizing user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Identify growth opportunities through ongoing experimentation and A/B testing.
- Optimize acquisition processes for web and app by collaborating with Product and Creative teams.
Data-Driven Execution:
- Handle and distribute significant media budgets, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance, user quality, and lifetime value.
- Present essential KPIs and growth insights to senior management.
Hands-on Leadership:
- Lead and nurture a regional performance marketing team, promoting responsibility and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture that is data-driven, user-centric, and adaptable.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Understanding of the U.S. market, encompassing consumer behavior, financial regulations, and trends in crypto, stocks, derivatives, and banking.
- Proficiency in paid social, paid search, programmatic, and mobile app user acquisition.
- Track record of managing large acquisition budgets and expanding digital marketing for consumer fintech or crypto products.
- Exposure to the crypto, DeFi, fintech, or Web3 landscapes.
- Profound knowledge of financial products, on-chain user behavior, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing metrics, attribution models, and funnel performance.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup setting characterized by rapid change and uncertainty.
