Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Openmesh's growth trajectory and decentralized vision in collaboration with leadership and department heads.
- Implement a recruitment process that attracts individuals who resonate with and contribute to Openmesh's mission.
- Conduct a rigorous yet inclusive candidate assessment process that evaluates technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Openmesh's decentralized philosophy.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture that aligns with Openmesh's principles by building bridges between departments and encouraging cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill development needs and design programs that enhance the expertise of Openmesh's technical team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in technical talent acquisition, preferably within blockchain, decentralized technology, or related industries.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized networks, and related technologies.
- Strong networking abilities and a proven track record of successful talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate Openmesh's vision.
