Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for the native iOS application utilizing Swift and SwiftUI
- Contribute to defining and enhancing the application’s architecture and technical vision
- Develop and enhance key investment, account management, funding, and portfolio features
- Design mobile interfaces that effectively communicate transaction statuses and account details to users
- Construct secure authentication processes, session management, and local data handling protocols
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers on APIs, data structures, and exceptional cases
- Ensure accurate display of financial data, including currencies, prices, percentages, timestamps, and data freshness
- Address real-world mobile challenges like unstable networks, background processing, push notifications, and app lifecycle management
- Uphold application performance, stability, and crash rate responsibilities
- Oversee App Store releases, covering review guidelines, privacy considerations, entitlements, and release quality
- Identify and resolve mobile security threats and vulnerabilities
- Contribute to product strategies and technical decisions within a dynamic startup environment
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of professional iOS development experience
- Strong track record in building and maintaining native iOS applications commercially
- Proficiency in Swift programming language
- Significant exposure to SwiftUI, alongside a solid understanding of when to utilize UIKit
- Thorough knowledge of iOS architecture, app lifecycle, and platform capabilities
- Prior experience in areas such as secure data storage, biometric integration, authentication mechanisms, push notifications, background processes, code signing, and App Store distribution
- Proven background in developing applications where security, reliability, and data accuracy are paramount
- Exceptional debugging and performance optimization skills
- Experience in taking ownership of an application and not solely implementing features independently
- Comfort working in an environment with evolving requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, capable of collaborating with senior technical stakeholders
