Senior/ Lead Blockchain Protocol Engineer

As a part of our team, you will actively contribute to designing and implementing scalable applications, covering both frontend user interface and backend infrastructure components.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in development tasks, make architectural proposals, take part in designs, conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure successful implementation
• Address and resolve complex issues within the blockchain protocol
• Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to develop high-scalable backend services
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of implemented code and functionalities
• Work alongside DevOps and ecosystem engineers to enhance the technological stack for long-term engineering projects

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including substantial backend development expertise (e.g., Go, Rust)
• Hands-on experience in utilizing basic cryptographic techniques (e.g., BouncyCastle in Java) such as digital signatures, key exchange, and encryption
• Fundamental understanding of distributed systems and consensus algorithms like Raft or PBFT
• Familiarity with or interest in Go or Rust programming languages
• Knowledge or experience in blockchain system internals is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications:

• Contribution to open-source blockchain projects
• Research experience in blockchain or cryptography-related fields
• Previous work with Cosmos SDK or Ethereum core development
• Proficiency in Golang or Rust
