About the Opportunity
Our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) establish strong collaborative relationships with business leaders and people managers to develop people-centric strategies that drive OKX's business transformation, achieve commercial objectives, and contribute to our vision of Building the Future, Together.
As an HRBP, you will leverage your business and financial knowledge to provide meaningful business insights to the HR team. Collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise, you will devise operational solutions while aligning people-oriented strategies with our overall business goals.
You will guide managers on effective team leadership practices, employee development, employee relations, and enhancing the overall employee experience to unleash the full potential of our workforce and culture. This role will focus on supporting our product and engineering team during this pivotal phase of our organizational growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide coaching to team leaders on talent-related matters as the company expands and evolves
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR Centers of Expertise to implement talent development strategies aligning with business needs
- Utilize data insights to identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making based on OKX principles
- Foster a learning and development mindset among managers and employees in a high-performance work environment
What We Look For In You
- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to challenge existing norms, collaborating with stakeholders to create innovative solutions
- Proven experience as a strategic HR partner in a fast-paced environment, ideally managing a portfolio of technical roles such as software engineers
- The capability to think strategically while being hands-on, providing advisory support to the business beyond HR operations
