Senior Manager/ Manager, Institutional Sales
The institutional sales team offers an excellent opportunity for you to be proactive and build relationships with institutional/high net worth clients. Join an exciting journey from onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument, to creating unique crypto products for clients that are pioneering in the market. If you are part of our operations team, you will handle a variety of tasks collaborating with stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to contribute to the growth of our expanding infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities
- Pipeline Execution: Actively seek, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects, particularly focusing on hedge funds, family offices, and proprietary trading firms.
- Solution Selling: Skillfully present [Company]'s ecosystem to meet the specific needs of institutional traders, including the Exchange, OTC desk, and Custody solutions.
- Onboarding Management: Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring high retention rates and identifying opportunities for expanding product offerings.
- Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback to Product and Strategy teams on competitor pricing, feature gaps, and client requirements.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in the CRM system, offering regular updates on key performance indicators like Trading Volume and Assets under Management (AUM).
Job Requirements
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience: 4–7 years in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management within FinTech or Traditional Finance.
- Domain Knowledge: Minimum of 2 years experience in digital assets, with a good understanding of spot/derivatives trading and custodial workflows.
- Network: Preferably have an existing network of institutional contacts in the finance sector.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss technical aspects like API connectivity, FIX protocol, and sub-account structures.
- Execution Focus: Demonstrated success in meeting individual sales quotas and targets.
- Communication: Strong presentation skills to engage with Portfolio Managers and Operations Heads effectively.
- Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and regulations with a startup mindset.
