About the Role

Job Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and onboard institutional prospects, focusing on hedge funds, family offices, and proprietary trading firms.
- Sales Strategy: Showcase the services offered by the company to cater to institutional traders' specific needs effectively.
- Client Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for new clients in coordination with legal, compliance, and operations teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for your clientele, ensuring high retention rates and leveraging opportunities for expanding product offerings.
- Market Analysis: Provide valuable insights to the Product and Strategy teams based on client feedback and observations in the market.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts within the CRM to track key performance indicators such as Trading Volume and Assets under Management (AUM).
Job Requirements
- Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management within FinTech or Traditional Finance.
- Industry Knowledge: Over 2 years of dedicated experience in the digital asset space, understanding spot/derivatives trading and custodial workflows.
- Network: Preferably possess an existing network of institutional contacts within the industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to engage in technical discussions with client technical teams.
- Sales Performance: Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation abilities to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
- Adaptability: Possess a flexible mindset to adapt quickly to market changes and regulatory requirements.
