Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee marketing budgeting, planning, and evaluation across various marketing areas such as performance marketing, PR, user campaigns, affiliates, events, and sponsorships.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments, analyze ROI, and provide impactful recommendations to senior executives.
• Collaborate with Accounting for accurate monthly financial reporting of marketing activities.
• Use data insights to drive campaign optimization, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations for improved ROI and user growth.
• Work with complex datasets to track and measure marketing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships and collaborate with leaders across Marketing, Data, Regions, and Finance departments to address challenges.
• Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification, and reporting enhancements.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles supporting Marketing or in a Marketing role with a background in analytics and strategy in a large internet-based B2C company.
• Proficient in building complex financial and operating models, with a knack for analytical problem-solving.
• Skill in crafting executive-level presentations and developing clear narratives for deliverables and action items.
• Strong ability to ask the right questions and apply sound business judgment when engaging with stakeholders.
• Experience or proficiency in utilizing AI and automation is advantageous.
• Demonstrated capability in swiftly identifying and resolving potential obstacles.
