Senior Operations Engineer (DevOps)

We are seeking an individual with experience in programming, maintaining, and overseeing our DevOps and operations stack. Given the size of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape our infrastructure and play a pivotal role in our engineering efforts.
You will collaborate with senior engineers and open-source contributors, working within a culture that values craftsmanship and clean design.
Responsibilities
- Program, maintain, and manage our DevOps and operations stack, which includes:
- Google Cloud
- Backend in Postgresql
- Services built in Go
- Frontend in Typescript
- Collaborate with the operations engineering team to shape our infrastructure, leveraging your knowledge and expertise.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop robust monitoring and alerting systems.
- Optimize hosted SQL databases (Postgres).
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Ops/SRE role.
- At least 2 years of experience working with GCP (beyond basic features).
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience working in a high-security environment; fintech experience is a plus.
- Strong background in Linux.
