Opportunity Overview
As a Senior Organizational Development Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and implementation of training programs for our organization's employees. Serving as a valuable advisor to leadership, you will drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and promote growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize organizational structures to enhance efficiency aligned with strategic objectives.
- Provide business insights critical to a global company, particularly in the blockchain industry, utilizing OD tools for organizational diagnostics and workforce planning.
- Develop online tools to analyze productivity trends, identify opportunities for organizational improvement, and drive change management processes.
- Manage performance and OKR systems effectively.
- Establish a talent strategy and pipeline, fostering a culture of continuous talent development.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders globally to address strategic organizational needs through customized intervention programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, corporate management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Organization Development and Talent Development within complex matrix structures.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with a proactive learning mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively, think systematically, and integrate resources efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to engage with stakeholders in Chinese-speaking regions.
