What You Will Do
- Develop and execute growth and marketing strategies to acquire and retain users and trading volume in the Africa region.
- Handle disputes and provide troubleshooting support for P2P transactions on the platform.
- Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and report any findings.
- Conduct market surveys to understand user needs and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Utilize regional user data and insights to contribute to growth and operations strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure common understanding of goals and deliverables.
- Continuously research the market to identify and pursue growth opportunities, including market comparison analysis and business recommendations.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners to boost sales and achieve long-term business goals.

- Solid experience in business development and marketing roles in the crypto industry.
- Understanding of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is essential.
- Familiarity with crypto P2P platforms is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a native African language.
- Highly organized with a meticulous and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
