Role
We are in search of an adept Senior Policy Advisor specialized in Cryptocurrency to enhance our dynamic team. The selected candidate will orchestrate our cryptocurrency policy framework, engage with regulatory entities, and ensure our practices align with international standards.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategies and initiatives concerning cryptocurrency and blockchain technology policies.
- Collaborate with policymakers, regulators, and stakeholders to advocate for policies bolstering innovation and security in the blockchain realm.
- Monitor global regulatory trends and adapt company strategies proactively in response.
- Offer expert counsel and policy recommendations to senior management regarding cryptocurrency regulations.
- Work with legal, compliance, and technical teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations in product and service development.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy development, legislative affairs, or regulatory compliance, with a focus on cryptocurrency or financial technologies.
- Profound comprehension of blockchain technology ecosystem and associated regulatory challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including government officials and industry leaders.

Compensation
Salary for this position will be dependent on the skills and experience of successful applicants. This is a contract position only.
