About the Opportunity
Responsibilities:
Lead OKX cefi user center system globally, including product planning, organizing work streams, and achieving goals.
Design and develop our in-house user center product, focusing on authentication, account structure, and account inquiries for the crypto exchange ecosystem.
Ensure oversight of all solution deliverables and collaborate with teams to identify and address product risks.
Research industry trends, identify user needs, and market opportunities to maintain a pioneering position in the field.
Manage agile process for at least two scrum teams.
Requirements:
Prior experience in the user center domain with strong logical and growth knowledge.
Minimum of 2 years of people management experience.
Self-motivated, client-focused, with a high-energy level.
Experience in user center/account services within e-commerce, crypto, finance, or entertainment.
Proven ability to work across global and cross-functional teams.
Background in well-known internet/cryptocurrency companies.
Problem-solving capabilities to drive customer and business value.
Action-oriented mindset, collaborative, and focused on delivering results.
Proficiency in English; Mandarin speaker will be a plus.
Less experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Product Managers.
