About The Role
This key role is essential in shaping the future landscape of Web3 gaming. As a crucial part of the team, you will lead the development and execution of incentives and rewards initiatives aimed at boosting user engagement and mutually benefiting Immutable and our games. Your insights will be pivotal to Immutable's goal of reaching 100 million users, giving us a competitive edge in the industry.
Responsibilities Include:
- Researching and presenting insights to inform product and design decisions
- Taking charge of the ideation process for new products and features in support of a dynamic agile product environment
- Crafting workflows, diagrams, and designs to map out the user experience journey
- Detailing design rationale to facilitate team understanding of customer needs
- Providing design inputs and customer validation for Immutable X trading products
- Contributing to shaping the accessibility of new economies for individuals without extensive crypto expertise
- Conducting intelligence gathering, creating concepts, and testing and validating designs with emphasis on Lean UX and Data-Driven design
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Product Designer working on digital products, preferably in startup or innovation sectors
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product development
- Portfolio showcasing problem-solving through design approach
- Strong grasp of Behavioural Psychology/Economics, Persuasive design, and/or game design principles
