Your role
In your capacity as a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial independence of millions of customers. At Bitpanda, we are breaking down the barriers to entry for wealth creation opportunities, and your task will be to deliver exceptional, seamless experiences that assist individuals in entering and thriving in the financial landscape, enabling them to realize their financial goals.
Your primary focus will involve designing our websites, refining user profiles, and enhancing customer support interfaces to provide outstanding user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop captivating, user-friendly web pages and personalized user profile encounters that effectively convey our value propositions, boost user engagement, and cater to individual user requirements to enhance overall user satisfaction.
- Lead projects and UX initiatives from inception to completion, which includes organizing design sprints and collaboration sessions, grasping and exploring customer issues, sketching, wireframing, low and high fidelity prototyping, user testing, and guiding stakeholder reviews.
- Work in partnership with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user insights and business demands into hypotheses and products that yield sustainable business value through a process of swift exploration, product definition, and validation.
- Mentor team members and serve as a proactive advocate for user experience, aiding our team in working harmoniously and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
- Assist other departments in comprehending the business value of design by delivering experiences that align with Bitpanda's vision and strategy and are measurable.
Requirements
- Comprehensive UX design proficiency, including robust UX research or content design skills. You excel in managing projects independently and excel in a dynamic setting.
- Engage in strategic deliberations relating to projects, considering the holistic customer experience and insights, expertly deconstruct complex issues and iteratively validate assumptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, limitations, and priorities.
- Continually broaden your understanding of customer problems through conducting investor-focused research and seeking input from colleagues across various disciplines.
- Over 3 years of experience collaborating closely with product and engineering colleagues to produce engaging experiences. Proficient in using industry-standard tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA.
