About the role:

The role involves designing, testing, and enhancing the product to facilitate customer exploration of decentralized finance and apps. Responsibilities:
- Drive the resolution of complex design challenges from end to end, translating customer insights and data into innovative product concepts.

- Take a leadership role in collaboration with product managers to shape and evolve the product roadmap based on strategic insights.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years designing digital products/services in a B2C setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work for digital products and services.

- Expertise in creating intuitive and engaging consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile platforms, with a focus on elevating the user experience.
- Advanced skills in UX design, visual design principles, and clear articulation of design rationale.
