About the role:
The company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to spearhead design efforts for the DeFi Wallet. This role involves designing, testing, and enhancing the product to enable customers to engage with decentralized finance and applications. The DeFi Wallet is closely linked to the Cronos chain, the company's app, and Visa cards, providing unique product opportunities.
Each product designer collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and plays a supportive role in research. They collectively own an app vertical and work collaboratively to deliver solutions with their teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the resolution of complex design challenges from start to finish, translating customer insights and data analytics into innovative concepts that influence new product development.
