Senior Product Designer - Exchange

About the role:

Research and Measure:

• Collaborate with engineering leaders to ensure smooth integration of design system components and interactions.

Technical Implementation:

• Collaborate with developers to ensure technical viability of design solutions.

Requirements:

• Essential Qualifications:
• Experience designing trading interfaces, focusing on intricate, data-rich workflows.
• 7+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years on desktop-class interfaces.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and expanding complex, impactful products.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and familiarity with trading environments.
• Advanced skills in Figma and prototyping.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience in user research and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design solutions and concepts.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in developing and managing component libraries using modular and atomic design approaches.
• Familiarity with design tokens and systematic visual design strategies.
• Expertise in version control systems for design assets.
• Understanding of modern front-end frameworks and their influence on scalable design systems.
