About the role:

Cross-Functional Excellence:

Requirements:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong experience with designing trading or financial platforms, focused on complex data workflows.
- Minimum 7 years of product design experience, including 3 years specializing in desktop interfaces.
- Track record of building and scaling high-impact products.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and understanding of trading environments.
- Expertise in Figma and prototyping.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in user research and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Technical Expertise:
- Expertise in creating and managing component libraries using modular and atomic design.
- Familiarity with design tokens and systematic visual design approaches.
- Proficiency in version control systems for design assets.
