Senior Product Designer - Exchange

Responsibilities:

• Develop a modular interface.
• Establish and maintain a system of modular components for advanced trading views.
• Design customized workflows and interactions for efficient customization and easy navigation.
• Design detailed interfaces and visualizations to present extensive data in user-friendly formats.

Research and Measure:

• Communicate with users to comprehend their needs.
• Analyze platform usage to identify improvement areas.
• Monitor the impact of changes on key metrics.

Cross-Functional Excellence:

• Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure seamless implementation of design components.
• Conduct workshops and design reviews to align teams on design principles.
• Work with product teams to integrate their feedback into the design system.

Technical Implementation:

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and implementation guidelines.
• Lead discussions on architecture and design patterns.

Requirements:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong experience with designing trading or financial platforms, focused on complex data workflows.
• Minimum 7 years of product design experience, including 3 years specializing in desktop interfaces.
• Track record of building and scaling high-impact products.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and understanding of trading environments.
• Expertise in Figma and prototyping.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in user research and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Technical Expertise:

• Expertise in creating and managing component libraries using modular and atomic design.
• Familiarity with design tokens and systematic visual design approaches.
• Proficiency in version control systems for design assets.
• Understanding of modern front-end frameworks and their impact on scalable design systems.

Leadership Abilities:

• Proficient in facilitating workshops for effective team alignment.
• Experience managing relationships across technical and product teams.
