We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer (minimum 5 years of experience) who excels in user-centered design environments and thrives on resolving intricate product challenges. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Researchers to identify areas for enhancement, refine crucial user pathways, and design intuitive, scalable product experiences.

Your primary focus will be on enhancing user retention, engagement, and fostering lasting customer relationships through the design of experiences that extend beyond typical transactions. You will play a key role in optimizing marketplace conversion rates throughout the full user journey phases while concurrently improving retention, engagement, and long-term value through enhanced user experiences.

As a contributor at a senior level, you will play a vital role in shaping the UX strategy, product vision, and hands-on design execution, thereby aiding in crafting high-quality digital experiences across mobile and web platforms. You will help evolve the design system, reinforce the design culture, and ensure coherence between design decisions and business objectives as well as user requirements.

Responsibilities will encompass advocating for design thinking best practices, collaborating across teams, designing multi-channel product experiences, improving conversion metrics, nurturing sustained user engagement, and contributing to the evolution of features such as subscriptions, loyalty programs, and community experiences. Moreover, you will translate intricate problems into clear user flows and design solutions, align design choices with business objectives and product strategies, define and track key product metrics, analyze user research and behavioral data, prototype and test user interactions, and help drive the development and enforcement of the design system.

Ideally, you will have not only professional experience in product design but also a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design work, proficiency in human-centered design practices, experience designing for mobile applications and/or marketplace platforms, proven success in enhancing conversion, retention, or engagement metrics in actual products, leadership capabilities, skilled communication abilities, prowess in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and knowledge of designing for subscriptions, loyalty programs, and community-driven features.
